After a year of research nationwide, including interviews with immigrants in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic regions, author Peter Rousmaniere takes a hard look at immigration in America today and details what we need to know in order to forge a coherent policy for the future.

Peter Rousmaniere is a business writer in Woodstock. He has followed immigration trends and policy for over a decade, and has spent the past year researching immigration in the Northeast.
